Breane Stryker is a Partner at our Las Vegas office.

Breane has been an attorney with TALG’s Las Vegas office since 2015.  She specializes in intellectual property, transactional law, and civil litigation.  Prior to joining TALG NV, Breane represented Fortune 500 companies in insurance defense and premises liability matters.  Breane started her legal career in Minneapolis, Minnesota, representing plaintiffs and defendants at a boutique civil litigation firm, as well as supporting the lobbying efforts of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Legislative Committee.

Breane graduated in January 2014 from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law), where she was named to the Dean’s List, and was an active member of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, the Minnesota Justice Foundation, and the Business Law Society.

Breane attended New York University before graduating magna cum laude from Creighton University, in Omaha, Nebraska, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, in 2005. Prior to entering law school full-time in August 2011, Breane worked in advertising and marketing for a variety of industries, including hospitality, news media, and healthcare.

In her free time, Breane enjoys hiking and exploring the areas around Las Vegas with her dog, Bruce, as well as spending time with friends and family, particularly her nieces and nephew.
