TALG Family Law has a proven track record in court litigation. While trying a family law case in court is very common, we also understand that giving our clients options that benefit their unique situation is of the utmost importance. To that end, Managing Director and Co-Owner, Tenny Amin, offers mediation services for divorce, division of assets, and child custody agreements. Her approach has helped numerous families reach resolution quickly and with less stress. We are dedicated to helping you navigate and resolve these sensitive matters. In the end, we’re willing to go above and beyond to secure a win for our clients.

Mediation can alleviate the stress of litigation and allows the resolution of disputes to take place outside of the courtroom. The mediation process restores decision-making back to the parties with a vested interest in the outcome. We work proactively to ensure that our clients walk away with an unambiguous agreement that everyone understands and has agreed to.
