About Cassidy

Cassidy Kitterman is an Associate in the Scottsdale, Arizona office.

Cassidy’s practice focuses primarily on business litigation and transactional matters. She has experience litigating breach of contract claims, trademark infringement claims, and other commercial disputes. She also regularly assists clients with drafting and reviewing a variety of complex agreements, including stock purchase agreements, commercial leases, and employment agreements. Cassidy has additional experience handling appellate matters in both state and federal court, including pro bono appeals through the Arizona Court of Appeals Pro Bono Program.

Cassidy was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She later moved to Southern California to attend the University of San Diego, where she received her undergraduate degree in Theology and Religious Studies, cum laude. After college, Cassidy earned her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class and earned two CALI awards for her excellent scholarship. During her time at Chapman, Cassidy served as a judicial extern for a U.S. District Court judge and later worked as a certified law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, where she gained valuable courtroom experience. Cassidy is now admitted to practice law in both California and Arizona.

In her free time, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her dog Justice, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
