Cassidy Pappas is an associate attorney in the Las Vegas office, working primarily in business litigation and various transactional matters. Since joining the firm, Cassidy has focused on representing clients in complex legal disputes, leveraging their expertise in analyzing liability issues and developing effective litigation strategies. Cassidy has previous experience working in tort litigation in successfully representing a Fortune 500 retail corporation in premises liability and negligence actions.

Cassidy earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in May 2023, where she demonstrated leadership as President of the Student Bar Association and held previous roles as Vice President and 1L Representative. She was the recipient of Dean’s Honor Scholarship and President’s Excellence Award. Prior to law school, Cassidy completed a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During her legal education, Cassidy gained valuable experience interning with In-House counsel of a tech startup company, managing intellectual property matters and providing legal guidance on litigation hold best practices.

A proud Las Vegas native, Cassidy returned to Las Vegas after graduating law school and gained admission to the Nevada Bar in May 2024. In her free time Cassidy enjoys traveling to new places, cooking, spending time with her Golden Retriever, and rooting on the Golden Knights hockey team.
