Heather Caliguire Fleming has been practicing law in Nevada since 2017. She focuses on business law and construction disputes but also has experience in personal injury defense and medical malpractice defense.
Heather has represented clients in various Nevada State District Courts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Heather has also represented both contractors and homeowners before the Nevada Contractors Board. Heather has successfully handled appeals before Nevada’s appellate courts and participated in numerous arbitrations and mediations.
Heather is committed to serving her community. She volunteers at Ask-A-Lawyer events for veterans and advocates for vulnerable children as a CAP attorney.
Heather earned her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, where she graduated in the top third of her class. During law school, Heather served as President of the Public Interest Law Association, where she spearheaded fundraising scholarships for law students interested in public interest work. Heather was a Senior Staff Member for the Nevada Law Journal and Marshal for Phi Alpha Delta, the law school service fraternity. Heather received the Dean’s Award for service to the school.
Outside of work, Heather and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their dogs and cats. Heather is also a proud member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
