Mr. Gladych is a business trial lawyer. A veteran of 35 jury trials including 6 in Federal Courts and hundreds of arbitrations, John is best known for his representation of public works subcontractors, suppliers and small prime contractors involved in complex delay, disruption, and payment claims. His many successes in difficult and complex litigation have led him to be frequently retained to handle high-profile, politically charged cases in both the construction and general business industries. John is among a small number of elite public works attorneys approved to be on the California Office of Administrative Hearings, Public Works Contract Arbitration panel of approved arbitrators.
He has been admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the State of California, the State of Texas, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California. He has been admitted, “pro hac vice” in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada, the United State District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the District Court of Dallas County, Texas, American Samoa, and Western Samoa.
