About Marian

Marian is a partner in TALG’s Las Vegas office with experience in employment law, business litigation, intellectual property disputes, and transactional matters. Marian’s practice includes multi-jurisdictional experience in both the trial and appellate courts including employment matters, breach of contract disputes, trade secret claims, as well as shareholder and partnership disputes. Marian also practices before several state and federal administrative agencies, including the EEOC, NERC, Nevada Labor Commissioner, USPTO, and others. Marian provides outside general counsel services to a variety of businesses, and her transaction practice assists clients with mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, and stock purchases, as well as advice and counsel regarding employment issues.

Marian graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with her Juris Doctorate. During law school, Marian was a Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard Huffman at the Fourth District Court of Appeals in San Diego, California. Marian was also a member of the USD Mock Trial team, elected the Student Bar Association Vice President of Student Organizations, appointed the Co-President of the International Law Society, and a participant in the McLennon Moot Court competition. Marian was also the recipient of two CALI awards for International Civil Litigation and Law & Socioeconomics.

In her free time, Marian enjoys spending time traveling, cooking/baking, adding to her wine collection, and spending time with her family.
