About Jaklin

Jaklin Guyumjyan is an associate in the Las Vegas, Nevada office, but is licensed to practice in both Nevada an New York. Jaklin’s work includes providing pragmatic solutions to companies throughout all stages of the corporate life cycles including entity formation, debt and equity financings, capitalization, corporate governance and general business transactions. Jaklin also counsels clients in day-to-day legal issues and commercial agreements.

Jaklin Guyumjyan joined the TALG Las Vegas office in 2023. Prior to joining TALG, Jaklin worked as an associate at Fried Frank in New York City, where she primarily handled large scale corporate finance transactions.

Jaklin is of Armenian descent and immigrated to the United States at 6 years old. She grew up in Las Vegas and attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she graduated with her degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. After graduating from UNLV, Jaklin attended New York Law School where she graduated Cum Laude in 2021 with her juris doctorate degree. During law school, Jaklin participated in national arbitration competitions and worked various internships including with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the New York State Court of Claims, Apple Bank, and she completed her summer associate program at Fried Frank.

Jaklin is bilingual in Armenian and English. When not practicing law, Jaklin enjoys traveling to new countries, trying new restaurants, cooking, podcasting, and spending time with her family and Bernese mountain dog.
