Jaklin Guyumjyan is an associate in the Las Vegas, Nevada office. Jaklin’s work focuses on business litigation and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing various agreements and contracts, as well as assisting on family law and employment matters. Jaklin is licensed to practice law in both Nevada and New York.

Jaklin Guyumjyan joined the TALG Las Vegas office in 2023. Prior to joining TALG, Jaklin worked as an associate at Fried Frank in New York City, where she primarily handled large scale corporate finance transactions.

Jaklin is of Armenian descent and immigrated to the United States at 6 years old. She grew up in Las Vegas and attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she graduated with her degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. After graduating from UNLV, Jaklin attended New York Law School where she graduated Cum Laude in 2021. During her time in law school, Jaklin participated in Dispute Resolution competitions and earned a title as finalist in the National ABA Arbitration Competition. During law school, Jaklin interned with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the New York State Court of Claims, Fried Frank and Apple Bank.

Jaklin is bilingual in Armenian and English. When not practicing law, Jaklin enjoys traveling to new places, trying new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with her family.
