BOI Filing Rule Will No Longer Be Enforced

The Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) filing requirements have been a moving target in recent months, with multiple legal challenges and regulatory shifts creating uncertainty for businesses. 

On March 2, 2025, the Treasury confirmed that FinCEN will no longer enforce any penalties or fines associated with the BOI filing requirement. While we await further updates from FinCEN, the ongoing litigation has left many business owners unsure of their next steps.
