Represented general contractor (“GC”) of several multi-family projects in Orange County, who was sued by the multi-billion dollar developer company for alleged construction defects. In defending the GC in these cases, the Firm took over 100 depositions, obtained a greatly increased scope of discovery into the Plaintiff-developer’s financial records, and filed a dispositive motion. Result: With the Firm as “lead” defense counsel, our aggressive strategies and tactics resulted in the GC’s percentage of liability being cut by over 33% from prior cases handled by other firms.
