David Forbes brings a disciplined, service-oriented perspective to his legal practice, shaped by his upbringing, military service, and academic background. Before entering the legal profession, David served five years in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry rifleman, an experience that informs his practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients move matters forward with focus and resolve. Outside of the office, David is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys camping, cooking, and spending time with his dog.

  • Represented a world renown professional athlete regarding a dispute involving athletic wear and royalties. Through negotiations, a favorable confidential settlement outcome was procured for the athlete which also avoided costly litigation.
  • Represented a commercial tenant in an unlawful detainer dispute wherein the case was dismissed through negotiation and confidential settlement.
