Desert Sky’s Five, LLC v. MGM Development, LLC, et. al.; Plaintiff brought suit against Defendant LLC and its principals, alleging breach of contract, fraud and alter ego. The damages sought by the Plaintiff exceeded $2,000,000, including attorneys’ fees. Result: The firm obtained a defense verdict in favor of one of the LLC Defendant’s principals.
