A large therapy company brought suit against the firm’s skilled nursing facility (“SNF”) client for nearly $1 million, for alleged breach of contract and fraud allegations (including alter ego allegations against the SNF’s principals). Result: As a result of utilizing aggressive discovery techniques, the firm negotiated and obtained a monetary settlement at thirty percent (30%) of the purported damages alleged by Plaintiff.
