Client was a limited liability company (“LLC”) defendant, in a high profile employment law dispute involving a publicly traded casino/resort in Las Vegas. The LLC was named as a Defendant by numerous Plaintiffs for conversion based allegations. Result: The Court granted the LLC’s motion to dismiss, resulting in a dismissal of claims against the firm’s LLC client.
