We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Raleigh, North Carolina! Founding Partner, Ismail Amin, was virtually sworn in to the State Bar of North Carolina on Monday, June 29, 2020. Our continued goal to offer exceptional service to clients across the country has led us to Raleigh, where we are proud to serve our community and grow another great office of dedicated attorneys.

Ismail’s practice emphasizes Business and Intellectual Property matters, with a focus on healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and hospitality. Ismail has counseled the firm’s healthcare provider clients in acquiring or selling assets while maximizing return and minimizing risk. He has helped clients acquire or sell over $1 billion worth of healthcare-related assets, including hospitals.
